CSAH 20 Reconstruction
Project Summary
The County Road 20 (CSAH 20) Reconstruction project is part of Carver County’s 2010 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CSAH 20 project consists of rec
onstructing the roadways of CSAH 20 from CSAH 10 to 500’ east of Paul Ave andCSAH 10 from Hope Ave to the bridge over the Luce Line trail.
A roundabout is to be constructed at the intersections of CSAH 10/CSAH 20 and at Paul Ave/CSAH 20.
The roadways will be constructed as urban sections with curb & gutter, storm sewer, and a bituminous trail on the north side of CSAH 20.
