Project Schedule

May 18, 2010 – Bid Opening

May 25, 2010 – Award Project

June, 2010 – Approximate start of project.  The project is to begin in early June with Phase 1 which includes the construction of the CSAH 10/CSAH 20 roundabout and CSAH 20 roadway between CSAH 10 and Newton Ave.

July 19, 2010 – Approximate start of Phase 2.  This portion of the project includes the construction of the Paul Ave/CSAH 20 roundabout , the construction of the CSAH 20 from Newton Ave to 500’ east of Paul Ave, and the overlay of Paul Ave from CSAH 20 to CSAH 24. 


September 7, 2010 – First day of School.  The roundabout at Paul Ave/CSAH 20 will be open to traffic on the north, east and south legs; Paul Ave will be overlaid between CSAH 20 and CSAH 24.  CSAH 20 between Newton Ave and Paul Ave (west leg of roundabout) will not be opened by this date.


November 1, 2010 – Substantial Completion.  CSAH 20 and all intersections are
to be open to traffic.


June 30, 2011 – Final completion.  Placement of final wearing course and final striping along with all other remaining items are to be completed by this date.
