    Of the utmost importance during construction at your airport is having a safe and effective Construction Safety Plan. This plan can help disruptions to your airport's operations during the course of construction. Bolton & Menk works closely with airport management and users to develop construction phasing and operations criteria that is coordinated with your airport's current operational needs. We will utilize our relationship with the FAA when developing and submitting the Construction Safety Plan to expedite the approval process.

     

    Our construction management, observation and survey staff develop a full understanding of the unique requirements when working on an active airport. We understand the FAA rules and regulations for safe operations and impacts to active airspace around an airport. We are also very familiar with the documentation and testing requirements for an FAA funded project. Our documentation procedures throughout the construction process achieve compliance certification and prompt final closeout of the project. These procedures also allow for timely reimbursement from the FAA.
