Bolton & Menk, Inc. has a long-standing and on-going relationship with many Cities and Counties in the southern Minnesota area. These relationships include our service as City Engineer or hired consultant on a wide range of engineering improvements that include mapping, municipal surveys and similar activities. Additionally, Bolton & Menk has provided surveying services for some Counties for more than 40 years and is intimately familiar with the County land records system and much of the parcel inventory. This experience and understanding of the County and its mapping resources allows Bolton & Menk to bring additional experience, quality control and coordination skills to the project.
