Ross Harris Joins Transportation Services Group as
Senior Transportation Planner

Bolton & Menk, Inc., Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, is pleased to announce that Ross Harris, AICP, joined Bolton & Menks Transportation Services Group in the Burnsville Office as a Senior Transportation Planner.

 

Ross Harris brings more than 24 years of experience in the transportation consulting services industry. His key areas of expertise include National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) project management and transportation planning studies for local government, metropolitan, state and federal agencies throughout the Midwest. Ross will be an integral part of delivering transportation services for the firm’s clients. He will lead the preparation of NEPA documents for surface and air transportation projects, provide a lead role on highway and transit corridor studies, and conduct project management tasks.

 

Mr. Harris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, American Planning Association and Institute of Transportation Engineers. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
