Connor is an active transportation and transit practice leader for Bolton & Menk, guiding active transportation planning work across the Midwest. Since beginning his career in 2012, Connor has focused on active transportation and Complete Streets planning and design, managing dozens of projects that prioritize pedestrian and bicycle safety, connectivity, and accessibility. His experience spans a wide range of initiatives, including pedestrian and bicycle master plans; corridor studies; Complete Streets design, implementation, and policy development; safety action plans; trail master plans; and bicycle- and pedestrian-focused maintenance studies. He has led active transportation planning projects of varying scale and complexity, including municipal, county-wide, regional, and statewide projects. Outside of the office, Connor enjoys fly fishing, carpentry, playing and coaching hockey, spending time with his wife and three kids, and exploring his community by bike—living the active transportation lifestyle he helps design.
