Les is a transportation senior project manager who began his career in 1993. He is responsible for oversight of transportation plans in the Bismarck and surrounding area, working with the public, elected officials, and other agencies to carry out successful projects. As a retired army officer, combat veteran, and ordained minister, Les’s passion is listening to, and serving people. In his free time Les enjoys woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family and wife.
