Medical Coverage

Dental Coverage
Maintaining good dental health by getting regular checkups may prevent you from having major expenses later. Our coverage includes preventative care paid at 100%, major and orthodontic care coverage.
Vision Coverage
Your vision is important to your health and we recognize that everyone needs to receive regular vision care. Our coverage is available for employees who elect in the benefit to assist with routine vision exams, frames, lenses and laser vision correction.

ESOP
The Bolton & Menk Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) offers employees a stake in the company, enabling you to share in the growth and prosperity of our firm and accumulate capital for your retirement. Each years’ contribution is determined by our Board of Directors.
Medical Reimbursement Account
You decide how much you would like to contribute to the account (within certain guidelines) for costs that are not already covered by medical, dental or vision plans.
Dependent Care Account
You decide how much you would like to contribute to the account (within certain guidelines) for dependent day care costs that allows you to work.
Bolton & Menks’s disability plans work together to help you pay your household expenses if you become disabled and cannot work.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
begins after 7 days when you are disabled due to an injury or illness and continues through 12 weeks. This is a benefit premium paid by the employee.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
begins at the end of your STD coverage of a continuous disability. This benefit is paid for by Bolton & Menk.
Bolton & Menk pays 100% of the cost for Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D). Employees have the option to purchase supplemental Life/AD&D insurance for themselves and dependents.
Paid Time Off
We offer vacation days, sick leave, holidays and education days. Hours are accrued based on your years of service.

Our EAP provider provides you and your dependents confidential support, resources and information to get through life’s everyday challenges.
On-site Services & Fun Activities

We provide full time employees financial assistance who continue their education in areas which relate to their position in the firm. Eligibility and requirements must be met.
