Public Involvement

 

Construction Neighborhood Meeting (Open House #4) Coming Soon – goal is to hold this prior to construction and tentatively planned for April 2020


The first open house was held on February 15, 2018 at the Le Sueur Fire Hall from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. The purpose of the first open house was to share project purpose, background, and schedule with the public and to collect feedback on potential street section improvements. The second open house was held on June 4, 2019 at the Le Sueur Fire Hall for 4:00 to 6:00 pm.The purpose of the second open house was to share the preferred alternative, present the project schedule, and discuss potential individual property impacts.Also, a project questionnaire was available to allow residents an opportunity to share current issues with the streets and utilities within the project area.The links below include the materials presented to the public at the open house.

The third open house was held on October 10, 2019 at the Council Chambers at Le Sueur City Hall from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.  The purpose of the third open house was to share the details of the final design and the specific improvements identified for each street.  Also, a reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment and the first draft of the project staging concept was available at the meeting.  The link below includes the materials presented to the public at the open house.
