Jason Buboltz was named the recipient of the 2018 Founders Award at the Bolton & Menk Annual Party on November 17, 2018. Jason is a Senior Civil Engineer Technician in our Ramsey Work Group.
Jason began his career with Bolton & Menk in 2001 as an Engineer Technician. His primary duties are focused on construction observation and construction management. Prior to joining Bolton & Menk Jason worked in the construction industry. His experience with all aspects of surveying, design drafting, estimating, construction staking, construction inspection, excavation, public utilities, development, road, infrastructure and bridges, gives him a broad and solid understanding that allows him to serve on a large variety of complex projects.
Jason holds an Associate of Arts degree in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Saint Cloud Technical and Community College.
Jason is described as highly trusted, someone who rises to every occasion, professional and team orientated. Over his career at Bolton & Menk he has shown a willingness to work on any type of project, regardless of the situation. He is known as someone client staff respect and desire to work with. One of his co-workers described Jason as “an employee who fits the mold of a BMI Founder.”
The Founders Award, presented annually, honors the firm’s founders, John Bolton & Martin C. Menk. It recognizes an individual’s initiative, commitment to quality and client satisfaction as well as other outstanding contributions to the success of the firm.
