She began her human resources career in 1998 and specializes in leadership and employee development, facilitates safety initiatives, recruits new talent, handles compliance oversight, and has a passion for process improvement. After hours, Tonya navigates an active schedule of sporting events and school activities with her family and volunteers in various capacities in her community.
