Brooklyn Village is a 17-acre mixed-use development in Uptown Charlotte's Second Ward. The development is a mix of public spaces, retail, residential, and office uses. Through the facilitation of a successful master plan, affordable housing and open space was integrated into the overall project vision. Bolton & Menk provided master planning, urban design, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. The site redevelopment is a public/private partnership with Mecklenburg County issuing a developer-led RFP master plan and master real estate agent to develop Brooklyn Village.
