The final plan involved the restoration of historic Pack Square, re-establishment of the historic street grid, and the creation of a new park spanning two city blocks.
Bolton & Menk played a role in revitalizing historic Pack Square, restoring its original character as a vibrant gathering space. The project included the restoration of the square, re-establishing the street grid, and creating a two-block park designed to attract locals and provide performance venues for public gatherings. The park features a great lawn, amphitheater, central green, terrace, water feature, and pavilion that doubles as a stormwater collection and irrigation system.
