Jason is a land development practice leader for Bolton & Menk's Southeast region, bringing more than two decades of engineering experience since beginning his career in 1998. He plays a pivotal role in designing residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, with expertise spanning site master planning, roadway design (horizontal and vertical), grading, stormwater management, and water/wastewater systems. Jason leads civil design efforts by applying sound engineering principles and collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across both private and municipal sectors. His responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, facilitating client communication, and reviewing work from engineers, architects, designers, and drafters. He also supports project managers in developing project proposals and scopes. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hitting the golf course, and firing up the grill on weekends.
