Professional Licensure

Bolton & Menk recognizes the dedication, skill, and quality of professional standards, and supports its employees in becoming professionally licensed. Employes are granted time off for the initial examination, and the company will pay for the application and exam fees, and for renewal fees

Project Manager Training

We work with PSMJ for project manager training, which helps our team understand & incorporate new formulas, hacks, metrics and processes for our client projects.

We encourage and support the professional development through continuing education programs such as seminars, conventions, professional organizations, workshops, training sessions, and more. Bolton & Menk also financially supports employee memberships in organizations as needed.

Thought Leadership Groups

Corporate Values Program

This program identifies emerging leaders in the company to empower and engage employees, and provide them with resources and tools to become effective leaders at all levels within Bolton & Menk. Fostering a culture of leadership encourages engagement across all levels of the company.

Employee Resource Groups

In addition to our Thought Leadership Groups, we have specified Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) such as our Military Group and Women’s Group that encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and skill building among team members.
