One of the most significant differentiators of our firm for those seeking a stable and high potential career is the Ownership Structure of Bolton & Menk.
One-third of our firm is owned by all our employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing us to reward hard work, dedication, and results. Two-thirds of our firm is owned by the practicing professionals who continually invest their time and talent to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
We are NOT guided by an investment group looking to capitalize and profit from your efforts, and we are not driven by a stock exchange and market forces uninterested in the people of the company. In addition, our ownership structure, in which no single individual currently owns over 3.5% of the company shares, allows us to maintain a consistent leadership transition plan to those that know and care about the firm and its people from within the organization.
Giving our team members a platform to influence company decisions is at the core of how we operate. We have established a diverse set of thought-influencing teams, with participation from all levels of the company, that directly contribute to decisions made at our executive leadership level.
We encourage our employees to keep learning. We provide education assistance, licensure and certification prep, paid training, and a mentorship program.
