Simpsonville Municipal Center Earns Top Project Honor

The Simpsonville Municipal Center has been named one of SCBIZ News Top Projects for 2025—a recognition of the City of Simpsonville’s bold vision and commitment to its community.

The project brings together City Hall, public safety departments, and courthouse facilities into a unified civic complex, thoughtfully placed alongside historic landmarks. A redesigned 26-acre city park adds new amenities and preserves natural and historic features.

In parallel, the city is reimagining nine downtown corridors to improve walkability and connectivity, advancing the Downtown Master Plan and enhancing everyday life for residents.
