Amie Johnson Named 2025 Founders Award Recipient

Amie Johnson was named the recipient of Bolton & Menk’s 2025 Founders Award. Amie is the Accounting Manager in Bolton & Menk’s Riverfront Drive location in Mankato, Minnesota.

Amie began her career at Bolton & Menk in 1997 as a billing specialist and now oversees project accounting and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely collections. She manages the Mankato accounting office and many aspects of the Vantagepoint ERP system, playing a key role in merging systems for the Midwest and Southeast regions. Amie leads and mentors a high-performing billing staff of over 10 employees, actively participates in process improvement teams, and consistently seeks ways to enhance billing operations and support project managers. Her collaborative approach and dedication to continuous improvement helps drive the firm’s success.

The Founders Award, presented annually, honors the firm’s founders, John Bolton & Martin C. Menk. It recognizes an individual’s initiative, commitment to quality and client satisfaction, as well as other outstanding contributions to the success of the firm. John and Martin believed that a business is truly successful when people are committed to its goals, represent the firm well in their community, and are dedicated to meeting client needs.
