About the 2023 Top 200 Workplaces Award
The rankings in the Star Tribune 2023 Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee survey responses measuring a firm’s engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. To qualify for the Star Tribune 2023 Top 200 Workplaces award, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. The analysis included responses from 124,719 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. More than 5,000 companies were invited to participate.
