Since joining Bolton & Menk in 2017, Kyler has played a pivotal role in our growth, becoming a principal in 2019 and expanding our Southeast market to 9 locations and 225 employees. His leadership has driven significant organic growth and successful acquisitions, making a lasting impact on our operations.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kyler is deeply involved in the community. He coaches youth sports, serves on the Wake Tech advisory board, and actively participates in the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and APWA North Carolina. His dedication to inspiring young students and his leadership roles in various committees highlight his commitment to making a positive difference.

About Kyler
As director of southeast business development, Kyler has a passion for client and project management. This passion has led to a track record of successfully delivering highly visible, fast paced, and challenging projects. This success, in part, is due to the priority he places on maintaining effective communication with clients. He understands the interdependent relationships between various functional project areas and promotes synergy between them to surpass our clients’ expectations. Kyler began the practice of engineering in 2008 with a focus on geotechnical design and construction. In 2017, he pivoted his passion for client and project management towards delivering a spectrum of civil based projects in design and construction. This spectrum includes land development, utility distribution systems, transportation, and municipal services.
