Bolton & Menk Named a 2025 Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota

We are excited to announce that Bolton & Menk has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minnesota Star Tribune for the eighth straight year. Bolton & Menk lands on #17 on the large company list. As the only public infrastructure firm on the large company list, our dedication to caring for our employees is a key factor in our ranking.

Bradley C. DeWolf, PE, President and CEO, attributes Bolton & Menk’s consistent recognition as a Top Workplace to the dedication and talents of their employees. “This award is, and continues to be, a reflection of our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence, both in their professional work and in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. It’s their skill and dedication to both their clients and each other that make Bolton & Menk a standout place to work.” DeWolf said.

Over the past year, Bolton & Menk has expanded our Minnesota presence, adding a new location in Mountain Iron. Our teammates continue to make their communities safe, sustainable, and beautiful through area volunteer efforts and their work on industry boards. Bolton & Menk also continues to be recognized for our stand-out employees and the work they do, receiving both industry and community awards from the Midwest and beyond.

About the Top 200 Workplace Award

The rankings in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee survey responses measuring a firm’s engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from nearly 600 firms at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

To qualify for the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces Large Company List, a company must have more than 500 employees in Minnesota – only 47 organizations were recognized on this year’s Large Company List.
