Dylan, a municipal project manager and senior associate, leads infrastructure projects that shape vibrant, resilient communities—most notably the Arts & Innovation District in Myrtle Beach and revitalization efforts in Conway. His leadership extends beyond project work through active involvement in professional organizations and local service.

About Zoe
Zoe is a landscape designer who began her career in 2023. She produces graphics and construction documents and attends public meetings and site visits to ensure her designs meet the needs of our clients. Her passion for working with native plantings and designing for specific sensory needs and disabilities makes her a unique asset to any team. Zoe’s drive comes from her belief that people’s lives can be made easier by making small but impactful design choices.
About Dylan
Dylan is a municipal project manager and senior associate at Bolton & Menk. He leads infrastructure design projects from concept through completion, overseeing planning, permitting, and construction coordination. Known for his hands-on approach and collaborative mindset, Dylan works closely with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams to deliver purposeful, community-focused solutions. His ability to manage complex timelines and budgets while fostering trust and clear communication makes him a dependable leader in municipal development.
