The 2023 South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors Continuing Education conference was held February 22-24 in Columbia, South Carolina. Scott Petrarca, out of our Conway location, won second place for Plat of the Year in the Miscellaneous Category. Scott won this award for the Stormwater Drainage Asbuilt of Sea Glass Cottages in Barefoot Resort, North Myrtle Beach. He has been working on this 200+ unit development since 2018.
Scott is a senior survey project manager with a focus on project management and CAD integration. His dedication to his projects can be seen in his recent success on a major construction/renovation project for his church. Scott is no stranger to this contest as he has won numerous times over the past years. The award at this year’s conference keeps his winning streak alive – congratulations, Scott!
