About the Top 200 Workplaces Award
This is the 13th year that the Star Tribune partnered with independent survey company Energage for the Top Workplaces program. Any company with 50 or more employees in Minnesota is eligible to participate through an employee survey which covered areas such as leadership, values, direction, communication, meaningfulness, and benefits. Top 200 Workplace rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee responses. Energage and the Star Tribune invited 4,246 organizations to participate. Surveys went out to 133,062 employees in the region, with 79,658 responses.
