Chuck serves as the Vice President of Municipal Services and is also on the firm’s Board of Directors. He is a senior principal engineer who has been involved in a wide variety of projects since his career began in 1996. His primary focus throughout his career has been working with municipalities to address their infrastructure needs. These infrastructure needs have ranged from typical street and utility type projects to treatment facilities, fire halls, public works facilities, libraries, airports, water towers, etc. He has extensive experience in managing projects of varying magnitude and is very knowledgeable of the various funding programs, as well as the financial processes related to capital improvements.
