Chuck is Vice President of Municipal Services, a senior principal engineer, and a member of the Bolton & Menk Board of Directors. Joining the firm in 1996, he has been involved in a wide variety of projects throughout his career, with his primary focus being working with municipalities to address all of their infrastructure needs. These infrastructure needs have ranged from typical street and utility type projects to new developments, treatment facilities, fire halls, public works facilities, libraries, airports, water towers, and more. He has extensive experience in managing projects of varying magnitude and is very knowledgeable of the various funding programs, as well as the financial processes related to capital improvements. In his free time, Chuck enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid sports fan.
