Cole is an urban design practice leader at Bolton & Menk, bringing a wealth of experience since launching his career in 2005. His background spans construction project management, landscape design, and operations, giving him a unique ability to bridge the gap between practical execution and thoughtful design. Cole specializes in sports fields and park design, construction administration, and feasibility studies. His hands-on experience in both construction and design allows him to deliver community-based projects that are not only functional but also imaginative and sustainable. He is passionate about creating safe, sustainable, and unique spaces for communities and maintaining the spaces already in place. Outside of work, Cole can be found in his woodshop, where big dreams meet large boards—and occasionally become smaller boards with no clear purpose.
