Kelly is a cultural resources project manager at Bolton & Menk who began her career in 2010. As an experienced principal investigator, she has led cultural resources projects throughout the greater Midwest, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations. Kelly meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Archaeology, Architectural History, and History. Kelly’s core expertise lies in historic archaeology, complemented by experience in precontact archaeology, architectural history, and burial recovery. She has contributed to a wide range of project types, including recreational trail and park improvements, road improvements, utility installations, pipelines, telecommunications towers, and more. Kelly's project work includes archaeological and architectural reviews, in-depth historical research, site and inventory forms, technical reports, National Register of Historic Places nominations, and artifact processing and analysis. She is committed to fostering strong relationships with Tribal communities, agencies, and project partners. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys gardening and spending time with her dog, Rosie. She lives in a unique early 1900s home constructed from railroad boxcars, which keeps her busy with creative renovation projects.
