As Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Bolton & Menk, Kreg enjoys the best of both worlds—partnering with valued clients to meet their engineering needs and collaborating with the talented, creative staff who make it all happen. Since beginning his career in 1988 as a registered engineer, Kreg has built a strong foundation in municipal engineering, with experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and implementing projects involving streets, sanitary sewer systems, water systems, stormwater systems, and land development for residential, commercial, and industrial use.

He brings a deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional projects and is well-versed in the funding and financing tools available to cities, including the state aid process. Kreg is passionate about helping communities thrive—both professionally and personally. When not working with communities, he and his family enjoy volunteering in them, supporting a variety of local groups and organizations.
