Madison is a senior funding specialist leader at Bolton & Menk who began her career in 2008. She works closely with municipalities to identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities that support community goals in infrastructure and economic development. Madison has guided cities and counties through the full funding lifecycle—from identifying eligible programs and preparing competitive applications, to ensuring compliance with grant requirements. She actively monitors private, state, and federal funding sources and provides timely updates to project managers and local officials, helping communities make informed, strategic funding decisions. Madison works with both urban and rural communities and serves on the Iowa Rural Development Council, where she advocates for sustainable development and equitable access to resources across the state. When Madison isn’t tracking down funding opportunities for her clients, she’s keeping up with her two young children. She enjoys cheering on her nephews at wrestling meets and baseball games, and during Iowa’s sunny summer weekends, you’ll often find her spending time with family at the pool, the park, or the local racetrack.
