Nicole leads Bolton & Menk’s project communication practice area as the engagement services division leader. Her excellent engagement planning skills allow her to effectively convey complex engineering messages to the public. She began her career in 2017 and she has a passion for making communities better through inclusive and creative public engagement. Nicole provides engagement planning, graphics development, website and social media management, and meaningful face-to-face engagement with a focus on customer service. Her strategic engagement planning paired with innovative digital and in-person tools help create spaces that reflect each unique community. Her skills are present from the early stages of a project through construction. She helps clients of all sizes and serves residents and businesses from project conceptualization through construction. Nicole enjoys spending time outside, completing house projects, and finding new places to explore in her free time.
