Paul serves as an aviation senior project manager at Bolton & Menk. His aviation journey began in 1988 as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps. Following his military service, Paul transitioned into airport leadership, managing more than 1,700 acres of aviation land and more than 400 tenant leases. His tenure was marked by consistent success in executing improvement plans and driving operational excellence. Paul's core expertise includes airport development, airport management, strategic aviation planning, and financial operations. He is passionate about creating meaningful impact in the communities Bolton & Menk serves and finds great fulfillment in seeing airport projects come to life. Outside of work, Paul and his wife and son like to ride their horses on the beautiful trails in Colorado.
