Sean is a land development division leader with design and management experience in master planning, rezoning/entitlements, site design, and construction of a variety of land development projects. His motivation is to provide excellent client service and develop projects that illustrate innovative and efficient site design. Beginning his career in 2000, Sean has significant experience in large-scale development projects throughout North and South Carolina. In his professional career Sean has master planned and managed several large acreage projects for the purposes of comprehensive land use plans, jurisdictional small area plans, land development acquisitions and entitlements, and residential/commercial/mixed-use development. In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys at high school, watching college and professional sporting events, catching up with friends and family, and traveling.
