Through the master planning process, we conducted global space planning and facility assessments, as needed and indicated by the college's institutional program.
Alamance Community College, a 48-acre community college campus in the Haw River Community, had the opportunity to rehabilitate and expand on the already beautiful surrounding area. Bolton & Menk provided a facility master plan for Alamance Community College, including the Graham campus and Burlington campus. Through the master planning process, we conducted global space planning and facility assessments, as needed and indicated by the college's institutional program. The master plan further explored potential locations in the eastern, western, and southern parts of the county.
