Ballantyne Reimagined Chosen as SESWA Photo Contest Winner

Congratulations to our Raleigh Creative Studio for being recognized as a winner of the Southeast Stormwater Association (SESWA) Photo Contest! Each year, SESWA chooses unique and innovative stormwater project photography to be showcased on their website. The Ballantyne Reimagined stream restoration project was chosen as one of the photo contest winners for 2024.

Bolton & Menk partnered with Greenman-Pedersen, Inc (GPI) and LandDesign on the Ballantyne Reimagined project, which consists of reimagining a golf course into a multi-use development. The primary focus of this partnership centered around a stream restoration bisecting the golf course. The project team had a vision to connect the people and the stream, allowing the green space to be used and become an extension of the park play area, a true immersion into the natural setting.
