Breakwall Bottle Shoppe Wins NAIOP MN Award of Excellence

The City of Two Harbors’ Breakwall Bottle Shoppe has been recognized with a 2025 NAIOP Award of Excellence in the Hospitality category. The new municipal liquor store was designed to serve residents and visitors with improved access, functionality, and convenience. Located on a prominent site along TH 61, the project balances operational needs with a welcoming experience for patrons.
