Congratulations to Mike Eichers on receiving the 2025 Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS) William Kelley Memorial Award! This award recognizes Mike’s outstanding contributions to the community and his dedication to various initiatives over the years.

Mike has been an invaluable member of Loyola Catholic School’s Booster Club, organizing events, bookkeeping, and ensuring the club’s success. He has also supported other youth activities in Mankato, including providing staking for youth football fields and coaching football, basketball, and baseball.

Additionally, Mike is an active member of Muskie, Inc., Chapter 54, organizing teams for the Minnesota State High School Muskie Tournament. He and his wife Donna have also been active in the Blue Star Mothers of America, supporting military families.

Mike began his surveying profession in 1991 and joined Bolton & Menk as a project surveyor in 2017. He has experience as both a land surveyor and a crew chief. Prior to joining Bolton & Menk, he served as president of Survey Services, Inc. Mike’s favorite part about his job is that each project is different. He enjoys meeting clients and helping them through the process of subdividing land and tracing the history of the land.
