Grove 98 Wins Top Mixed-Use Development in 2024 SPACE Awards

Grove 98 was recognized as the Top Mixed-Use Development in the Triangle Business Journal 2024 SPACE Awards! This award signifies the Grove 98 development in Wake Forest, NC as one of the area’s most prolific and economically impactful projects. Located on a 78-acre parcel situated at one of the main gateways into town and anchored by a 100,000 square foot Wegmans grocery store, the development incorporates a diverse mix of uses including multifamily residential, townhomes, retail, and a network of high-quality public amenities, greenways, and open spaces. Bolton & Menk was the design lead on this highly anticipated mixed-use development.
