Bolton & Menk provides planning, design, and engineering services for hundreds of successful commercial buildings and mixed-use projects across the country. Striking a balance between art and science, our creativity is strongly rooted in collaboration between clients and designers to create enduring and memorable places. Our team is with you from planning and design to the construction and post construction phases. We coordinate with all design disciplines and contractors to help build a successful project.
Every project team is set up in a cross-disciplinary manner with engineers and designers working side-by-side from site analysis through construction administration. Our partners and principals are personally involved in each project to ensure the highest levels of design, innovation, and mentorship. We are client and family-centric, and our firm’s commitment to a culture of inclusion, diversity, professional support, and work-life balance is vital to our ongoing success and legacy.
We have a thorough understanding of the standards, processes, and detailed submittal requirements for major urban centers–from the Midwest plains to the coast. Our long-standing relationships with many premier real estate developers help bridge the gap between the public and private sectors.
