Chris is passionate about working with clients to create safe and efficient transportation systems. He began his career in 1993, led the Bolton & Menk's Transportation Division for nearly 20 years, and is now Vice President of the Land Division, as well as a member of the Bolton & Menk Board of Directors. His experience includes transportation system planning, traffic engineering, and roadway and trail design and construction. Chris has a track record of success delivering and managing highly visible, multimodal transportation projects.
In his current role, Chris draws on his transportation expertise while integrating multiple disciplines—including community and area planning, urban design, and landscape architecture—to deliver holistic solutions that support long-term client success. He understands the interdependent relationships between functional areas of a project and promotes synergy among teams to consistently exceed expectations. Chris' love of Minnesota brings him and his family on trips throughout the state camping, boating, hiking, and skiing. Does Chris constantly think about how he could make roads and intersections better while taking his road trips? Of course, he does!
