Bolton & Menk Recognized for Community Impact Through Service

Bolton & Menk’s Mankato location was honored by the Greater Mankato Area United Way for their community impact through service with a Medium Size Business Award at the Top Executive Leadership & Business Awards Luncheon. These awards are presented to companies and individuals who have given their time, talent, and treasure to support the United Way’s work for many years.

Our employees actively support United Way’s community impact through service, fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, and annual giving campaigns, contributing more than $21,000 this year, a 21 percent increase over last year. In addition to a corporate gift and company match, Bolton & Menk employees demonstrated remarkable generosity, including 10 Heart Club-level donors. Leadership continues to play an important role in fostering engagement, with employees encouraged to support United Way in ways that are meaningful to them. The organization also recognized the service of Tonya Hobbie, who served as the 2026 campaign chair and recently completed a six-year term on the United Way Board of Directors, as well as Andrew Bittner, who now serves on the board. Through financial support, volunteerism, board service, and event sponsorships, Bolton & Menk remains dedicated to partnering with organizations like United Way to make a lasting difference in the communities where we live and work.
