Scott Petrarca Wins First Place in NSPS National Contest

We’re thrilled to share that Scott Petrarca has earned first place in the Miscellaneous Category of the National Society of Professional Land Surveyors (NSPS) Map Plat Competition for his outstanding design of the Houston Moore Apartments project in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Since starting his career in 2008, Scott has become a trusted expert in survey project management, field data collection, drafting, site planning, AutoCAD, and project coordination. His dedication to precision and creativity has earned him numerous accolades, including recent honors at the SCSPLS and NCSS plat contests.

Driven by a passion for both mathematics and the arts, Scott shares, “Drafting has not only allowed me to use mathematics to compute data but has also positioned me to be creative and artistic in my drawings.”
