Petrarca & Breese Honored by NC Society of Surveyors

We are proud to announce that our Southeast land surveying team has taken home five awards at this year’s North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) plat contest! Logan Breese and Scott Petrarca have each earned multiple awards from this organization over the years, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to excellence in the field of land surveying.

Logan received first place in the ALTA/NSPS category for his plat of Wilmington Port Authority Lease 1 & 2, and second place in the as-built category for his plat of Wilmington Independence Mall.

Scott achieved first place in the as-built category for his plat of Houston Moore Apartments, second place in the boundary category for his plat of Carteret 7 Core Creek, and the prestigious Best Overall Plat award for his Houston Moore Apartment survey.
