President and CEO of Bolton & Menk, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, Brad prides the firm on its values that are still the same as they were in 1949. A registered professional engineer who started his career in 1991, Brad joined the firm in 1996 and was named president/CEO in 2012. He has experience in all phases of civil engineering from project design to construction administration and has served more than a dozen Minnesota communities as the designated consultant city engineer. Brad specializes in managing large and complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-discipline projects. He brings an innovative approach and special skills to all projects for the coordination of diverse stakeholders and funding sources. In fact, his unique approach to scoping projects for clients has leveraged over $100 million in funding to make necessary infrastructure improvements possible.

Brad grew up in Minnesota and is a diehard sports fan. You might run into him at a Vikings or Wild game with his wife and family.
