Cody is an active transportation and transit practice leader, with a career in transportation engineering that began in 2008. He brings national expertise in bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, helping communities build support for safer, more inclusive multimodal systems. By actively listening to community input, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying his deep industry knowledge, Cody designs improvements that enhance safety, promote accessibility, and align with community goals. His designs prioritize comfort and connectivity for people who walk, bike, or roll—integrating seamlessly into existing infrastructure and improving the overall transportation experience. Cody is also a credentialed Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), applying this holistic framework to evaluate sustainability, resiliency, and equity across all project types and phases. Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—whether biking, exploring national and state parks, or relaxing in the backyard.
