Grant serves as the municipal practice leader of Fargo operations. Since beginning his career in 2012 as a design engineer, he has produced engineering reports, construction documents, and specifications for urban and rural municipal projects. Grant has also worked as a construction project representative, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders on neighborhood and downtown projects, and has transitioned into managing design and construction teams. Grant's experience includes approaching projects from multiple perspectives, considering how the final product will look, function, and meet client needs. Outside of work, Grant is likely spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or trying out a new recipe on his smoker.
