As a municipal division leader and Board of Directors member, Wes oversees the coordination and management of project teams to ensure efficient execution throughout each project phase. Since beginning his career in 1998, Wes has guided the planning, design, bidding, and construction administration for municipal infrastructure projects.  He offers innovative solutions and strategic expertise to a diverse range of projects across the Southeast, while ensuring streamlined, client-focused processes. Prior to his relocation, Wes served as the designated consultant city engineer for more than a dozen communities in Iowa and Minnesota for over 20 years. Known for his collaborative approach, Wes represents clients effectively in public presentations and project negotiations, fostering solutions that meet community needs while enhancing municipal development. Wes enjoys spending time on Lake Norman waterskiing and surfing with his kids, hiking with his family in the mountains, and cheering on his son’s hockey team and Minnesota Wild matches.
