Bolton & Menk developed Lakemont East Business Park Buildings C and D which encompass two expansive industrial buildings, spanning 149,619 square feet and 141,960 square feet, respectively. Strategically located on two sites spanning 27 acres within the esteemed Lakemont East Business Park, these buildings offer prime real estate at the intersection of Carowinds Boulevard and Springhill Farm Road along the I-77 corridor. Both buildings are designed with versatility and are ideally suited for various operations, including warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing.
