Solis Southline, located at the intersection of South Boulevard and Remount Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, includes a 300-unit apartment community, 5,200 SF of streel level retail, a 400-space parking garage, courtyard, and bike shop. The 3.5-acre site has direct access to the Charlotte Rail Trail which provides a network of gardens, public art, and community gatherings.
