Jake serves as a land development practice leader at Bolton & Menk. He has practical experience with all elements of land development design and engineering including site feasibility and master planning, site design, storm water design, utility design, grading and drainage, roadway design and layout, and erosion and sediment control. Jake began his career in 2010 and is an adept designer, negotiator, team leader, and consensus builder. He excels in developing creative solutions for a wide range of technical problems and interdisciplinary issues through a collaborative approach to project execution.
