Airpark West is conveniently located off of I-85, within close proximity to the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
Bolton & Menk provided master planning, rezoning and entitlement, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction administration services to develop 725,000 square feet of industrial, warehousing, and distribution space to accommodate a variety of end users. Situated just off of I-85, the park offers convenient access to the ever-growing Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and can be accessed through newly designed public streets, connecting the various tenants within the park. Airpark West is currently home to Trane Supply, Pitney Bowes, and a variety of other users.

When I saw the proposed changes in the design phase, I really had my doubts
